Roxanne is going to take the plunge and give the Zone diet a try. Here is her first meal consisting of : arugula, 1 tomato, cucumber, 2 oz chicken, 1 oz feta, 2 Tbs avocado, and 1/3 Tbs olive oil = 3 block meal.
Looking good so far!
