Becka's Bars from Crossfit Norcal
Check out this healthy and economical way to make energy bars, great to snack on at work, on the run, or before a workout. I will try to make them soon and let you know how they turn out!
They look really good Joey. I am assuming your recipe will not include chocolate chips. So how would you fit this into the Zone?

ReplyDeletethe problem i will have is that they probably taste so good that i will eat the entire batch and have to do 3 wods/day for a week to justify.
