3/26 PR!

Monday - March 26th
A. Squat Clean, build to a 1RM
B. Back Squat @ 20X1, build to a tough triple
C. HSPU, 50 reps for time

A. 225x2/245x2/255/265/275 (PR video below)
B. 225x3/275x3/295x3/315x3
C. 2:53 - practiced kipping, not great but coming around, last 9 were singles
