Open WOD 12.3

Results:
441 reps (12 rds + 9)
fell off some in middle; feet, calves, knees destroyed from not doing Box Jumps in months.

Sunday:
10 min cycle
20 min foam roll
5 min stretch
15 min ice bath
(needed this after 12.3, joints are aching today)
