Monday - Oly intense + DL Speed + Oly Stamina

A. Squat Clean and Split Jerk, build to a 1RM
B. DL @ 11X1, 1 rep @ 80%RM x 10 sets, 60 sec
C. OHS @ 185lb, 5 x 5, 1 min
 

Results:
A. 225/235/245/255/265 (failed jerk)/270 PR (video below of 265/270)
B. 325lb felt fast and solid
C. complete

want to start testing the foot - felt OK
