I have a question though. Aren't you getting too little help out of your legs on the SDHP? They're almost straight, it looks almost like an upright row.
Ber, I can probably be a little more under control and get more use out of my legs, but I still got some pop out of my hips even though there was little knee flexion to help throw the weight up.
