    I have a question though.
    Aren't you getting too little help out of your legs on the SDHP? They're almost straight, it looks almost like an upright row.

    Still, that's mighty impressive.

  3. Ber, I can probably be a little more under control and get more use out of my legs, but I still got some pop out of my hips even though there was little knee flexion to help throw the weight up.
