notes: wanted to test foot so ran 400m @ 60%, stretched feet/calf x 5 sets; foot felt fine the next day but not perfect yet.

notes: fucking killed me; my lungs burned like I never worked out before - breathing felt controlled but muscular stamina was limiter - everything UnBroken but VERY close to breaking twice.
